"I have worked with Tia Thompson for the last several years as she was hired as a Virtual Assistant and the Marketing Director for the Colorado State Fire Fighters Association. Bringing Ms. Thompson on board was an asset that was a must in order to make the organization successful. We as an organization had reached a point where we as board members, and volunteer members at that, did not have the time or resources to manage the marketing strategy that we wanted to accomplish. Ms. Thompson came to us from a high recommendation from another board member at the time, that knew of her skills. As the President of the organization, I knew we needed a person of her caliber. Over the last several years I have had the privilege of working very closely with Ms. Thompson on our marketing strategy and figuring out ways to reach our clients, the firefighters of Colorado. Not only does she handle the marketing for fundraising and event/training attendance, she keeps us all organized and on track with calendar management and detailed communication.
