As a Director of Training & QA at Tinder, I managed four teams in charge of Training, Knowledge Management, Operational QA, and Connections, overseeing the learning and development strategy for a global online dating platform. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I have a Master Instructional Designer certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a proven track record of delivering impactful and engaging training solutions using design thinking methodologies and cutting-edge technologies. 

Previously, I worked at Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for almost 15 years, leading various teams and projects related to curriculum development, program management, and instructional design for the core AWS Premium Support services and the Digital/Device Technical Support division. I successfully reduced the time to proficiency by over 60% and 70% respectively, while supporting multiple languages and regions. I am passionate about creating learning experiences that empower people to achieve their personal and professional goals, and I am eager to apply my skills and expertise to the music industry, where I can combine my love for music and education.

Additionally, I have over 20 years experience in the music industry as a performer. Over the past five years, I have developed skills to assist music artists in their development and management.
