Bob Hicks is a seasoned professional with extensive sales management experience at local, national, and global levels. He has been coach and mentor to front line sales managers and sales professionals providing a different lens to approach customers allowing for an improved strategy for each situation.
Complex B2B sales are just that - complex. Many buying influences, customer locations, or operations in several states or countries can turn a simple sale into a complex nightmare. As complexity increases it is less likely that someone's sales system or your company's established sales process is going to fit a particular situation. Bob helps people at all levels think so that they can make the best decisions in their sales efforts.
