About me

I'm a CFA® Charterholder (having cleared all levels of CFA exams in my 1st attempts, with 90+ percentiles) besides being an MBA (Silver Medalist, University Rank - 2) and an engineer from premier institutes, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi & Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. I've also won multiple gold medals in national & international olympiads, while having been a gold medalist at my school too, for proficiency in academics for 7 consecutive years. I'm from the financial services industry, working with a top US Bank. 

In 2020, I was awarded as one of India's 50 Most Employable MBA Graduates and brightest future leaders, by InsideIIM. I also received special appreciation from India Book of Records, for completion of B.E. (Hons.), MBA & CFA charter at a young age of 26 years. I've co-authored a book chapter in Sustainability in the Gig Economy, published by prestigious Springer Nature in 2022. Also been awarded 2 Professional Development Hours (PDH) by IEEE, New York as part of Engineering for Change community. 

Credit Suisse HOLT Valuation Challenge, 2019- Was ranked in top 5% of global participants.

I've always had a distinct passion for test-taking, having myself devised multiple methodologies, psychological techniques & temperament management to excel in all kinds of tests. Imagine there being 2 equally prepared candidates for a test, however, one performs significantly better than the other, just through the usage of those techniques. In an extremely competitive environment of today, such performance differences can create a large impact. I strongly honed these skills during my own CFA journey (widely considered the gold standard in the field of finance), where I cleared all levels in my first attempts, by studying for 300+ hours for each of the 3 levels, along with being in a full-time financial services job. 

I've helped thousands of MBA aspirants & other aspiring professionals by guiding them for a career in finance & management. Been featured by The Hindu, along with leading Indian/Int'l educ. portals & media such as Byju’s/GradeUp, Careers360, & Shiksha. Have also authored articles in this space, which have been published by leading management & career guidance portals & am a regular speaker at leading educational institutes. 

Over the years, I've developed strong expertise in navigating through academic (such as CFA, MBA & others) & professional careers, test-taking skills, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, channelizing focus, developing habits and enhancing productivity & efficiency. It's my passion to mentor & coach others in their career planning, career devt., choosing right educ. fields, certifications, comm. & interpersonal skills, public speaking, delivering presentations, leadership skills & identification of one's strengths.
