Greetings, I am Ethan Kim, a graduating senior majoring in Business Administration and Finance at the prestigious Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. 

Despite my youthful age of 23, I have navigated through a series of unique life challenges, including rare health conditions that prompted doctors to advise me to withdraw from school. These adversities, though difficult, have shaped me into an individual who has faced and overcome adversity at an early stage of life.

Having experienced rock-bottom situations I wouldn't wish upon anyone, I discovered a resilient mindset that became my unwavering companion. Amid constant setbacks and closed doors, my mentality emerged as the indispensable tool that allowed me to break through barriers. As I approach graduation from one of the top undergraduate business schools, with internship experience at Deloitte, the world's largest advisory and tax firm, I reflect on my journey with a sense of accomplishment. But those accomplishments are finite. Beyond tangible achievements, I attribute my greatest success to the development of an unyielding and bulletproof mindset.

Recognizing the importance of mentorship, particularly during pivotal stages of life, I acknowledge my father as a significant mentor throughout my upbringing. However, I also recognize the value of having a peer who can relate and provide guidance for the challenges that lie ahead. I aspire to be that mentor for you, offering support and equipping you with the invaluable asset of a resilient mindset and mentality that will serve you well, regardless of your current life stage.
