Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Manchester. The Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DipTESOL) from Trinity College London, which is at Level 7 on the Ofqual Regulated Qualifications Framework, the same level as a master’s degree.
Tony worked as an Operations Manager at an education company in Shanghai. In this role, Tony was responsible for overall business development, including managing a video platform and online community and operating a fan base of over 1 million across the web. He trained and mentored over 300 anchors, established an MCN agency, incubated product brands, and implemented effective online self-media marketing and promotional strategies. Tony also led the completion of a 3 million RMB private board project, as well as two major community products that brought in significant monthly registrations and revenue for the company.
Apart from this, Tony has worked as an English Teacher at New Oriental Group, offering K12 English courses, both online and offline. He contributed to curriculum development and improvement by actively participating in teaching and research activities.
