With over a decade of experience, Regina has demonstrated her expertise in creating and implementing impactful training solutions. She is particularly focused on talent acquisition and sales strategies, effectively aligning employee development with organizational goals. Having started her journey at Medix as a Recruiter and advancing through roles including Sales and Leadership, Regina has consistently championed learning and development initiatives. She was instrumental in launching the Professional Development department and the Client Experience team, showcasing her ability to bridge diverse functions for enhanced results. 

Currently serving as the VP of Learning & Organizational Development at SThree, Regina's commitment to fostering lifelong learning and empowerment remains unwavering. Her role involves collaborating with key business leaders, designing learning strategies, and leading a regional team to deliver top-notch learning experiences.
