Hello, my name is Ella. My journey in the professional realm began with a foundation in Marketing, which ignited my passion for understanding the intricate dynamics of business and technology.

Educational Milestones: Completed high school by age 15, undergrad in Marketing and acquired a master's in AETM by age 25 while concurrently pursued a post-baccalaureate in Data Analytics alongside my masters.

After some years of work experience and voluntering to help mentor women in Tech it propelled me to delve deeper into the nexus of engineering, technology, and management, culminating in a master's degree in Applied Engineering and Technology Management (AETM).

My academic pursuits didn't end there. Recognizing the transformative power of data, I further honed my expertise with post-baccalaureate studies in Data Analytics. Alongside academic achievements, I've acquired a suite of certifications, including Scrum Master, Agile methodologies, and the esteemed PMP. My commitment to continuous learning led me to Harvard Business School, where I specialized in Leadership and Management with a focus on Organizational Innovation Management.

Professionally, my journey has been diverse, spanning roles from an Analyst to a Technical Program Manager. Each role has enriched my perspective, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of data-driven strategies, supply chain intricacies, and the orchestration of technical programs relating to data centers, and security.
